Shop Manager
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Determines need for repairs by road test, by use of mechanical testing devices, by questioning customer about vehicle's performance, and/or by visual inspection of vehicle.
- Communicates results to customer and/or Service Manager. Estimates cost of repair and prepares itemized work order.
- Resolves customer complaints and takes corrective action.
- Complete knowledge and operation of all brake service equipment.
- Gives directions to Service Managers, Brake Technicians, Technician Trainees, and other shop employees.

Brake Technician
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Repairs and overhauls brake systems in automobiles, buses, trucks, and other automotive vehicles.
- Must be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to, hydraulic repair/replacement, attaching hardware removal/replacement, front-end/suspension, light drive train repair, wheel bearing service and wheel/tire R & R.
- Must own the basic hand tools of the trade with reasonable progress made by procuring additional tools as s/he advances in ability.
- Overtime is required for full-time positions.
